Both the dry and wet sauna ensures your body to have health functions in pleasant conditions with the alternate use of hot air and cold water.
- Enter the dock with a cold tower by dipping the tower into the cold water after wiping out the water on your body before entering the dock.
- Place the cold tower while lying down after selecting a proper place.
- Get out of the dock after get up and sit down on a chair for about a minute to normalize your blood circulation if you feel the tower gets warm.
- Cool down your body after getting out of the dock.
- Sauna bathing can be done from the dry sauna to the wet sauna with the blood circulation after entering the bath after repeating the above procedure 1~4 times.
